What usually goes wrong

  • Cracked screen or dead touch

By far the most common iPhone job. We transfer your original Face ID sensor array onto the new panel, so Face ID keeps working — a step cheaper repairers skip, which kills it permanently.

  • Battery draining by lunchtime

If Settings → Battery → Battery Health shows under about 80%, or the phone shuts down in the cold, a new cell fixes it for a fraction of a new handset. Six-month guarantee on ours.

  • Will not charge, or only at an angle

Nine times out of ten this is pocket lint compacted into the Lightning or USB-C port, not a fault. We clean and test first and often charge nothing.

  • Cracked back glass

Bonded to the chassis from the iPhone 8 onward, so it has to come off with a laser rather than being prised out. We keep the wireless charging coil intact and reseal properly.

  • No service, no Wi-Fi, or a dead camera

Usually an antenna flex or a failed module. We test with a known-good SIM on more than one network before touching hardware, so you are not paying for a carrier problem.

Prices by model

29 devices priced, VAT and fitting included. These are our standard rates — we confirm after a free diagnostic and never start work you have not approved.

Ask us something

How long does an iPhone screen repair take in Walthamstow?

Most iPhone screens are done in 30 to 60 minutes while you wait. Book a slot and the panel is already on the bench when you arrive; walk in and you may wait a little longer at busy times. Back glass and board-level work take longer and we will tell you honestly when you can collect.

Will replacing my iPhone screen break Face ID?

Not with us. Face ID depends on the sensor array attached to your original screen, and we transfer it across. If Face ID had already failed before the drop we will tell you at the free diagnostic rather than after you have paid.

Do you use genuine Apple parts?

We stock several grades — genuine, genuine-pull, and high-quality OLED or Incell alternatives. Genuine costs more; the alternatives cost less and carry the same 3-month guarantee. We tell you which you are getting and what practical difference it makes before we start. Apple will show a 'non-genuine part' notice for anything not fitted by them, including genuine parts, and we explain what your model will display.

Is it worth repairing an older iPhone?

Often yes. A £25–45 screen or a £27 battery on an iPhone 11 or 12 is a fraction of a replacement handset, and those phones still get iOS updates. We will tell you honestly when a repair is not worth the money — we would rather sell you a tested refurbished handset than take £150 for a phone that is on its way out.
