What our guarantee actually covers
Repairs carry a 3-month guarantee on the part we fitted and the work we did; batteries carry six months. If the same fault comes back, bring it in and we sort it — no argument, no re-diagnostic fee.
It does not cover a new drop, new liquid damage, or a different component failing later. That is not us being awkward — it is the honest limit of what a repair can promise. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 sit on top of all of this and we do not ask you to sign them away.
